Coffe and teaThe house was built in a classicist style at the beginning of the 20.century and was renovated the year 2002. Despite the house is located right in the centre of Prague's life all these apartments are very quiet because the windows give upon the courtyard.
An attic apartment (approx. 53 sq.m.) located at 4th floor, staircase A (elevator is next to the staircase). Two bedrooms (first serving also as living room and kitchen) and bathroom. In both rooms are two single beds which can be separed or pushed together. Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge, gas kitchen-range), parquet floors, central gas heating in the apartment.
Apartment A503 is the largest two-storied apartment (140 sq. m.). It is located on the fith floor, staircase A (elevator is next to the staircase). It has a large living room connectected with the kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge, gas kitchen-range and microwave oven. In the living room there is a cable TV and a hi-fi audio system. There is central gas heating in the apartment.
In this apartment there are four bedrooms (two and one bathroom on the lower floor and two with another bathroom on the upper floor). Two bedrooms have a double bed, one has two twin beds and one three single beds - alltogether there are 9 beds.
Directly in the building are two restaurants - Restaurant Jizera located on three floors, offering Czech and international specialities and Pizzeria Vaclavka with summer garden on the courtyrad. You will find here also Internet office, café and money exchange. The building complex is guarded all day long.
Subway station "Muzeum" (line A and C) is only a few steps away as well as all the attractions the City has to offer. There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, concert halls and theatres within walking distance - no limits on fantasies here!
