PetsComplete renovation of this architecturally remarkable building, with its unique room arrangement, carried out between 1998 and 2000 provided highly comfortable rooms without marring the romantic charm of an ancient edifice. The hotel was been opened to its first guests in March 2001.
The hotel is located in a small quiet alley, close to the National Theatre and the subway stop of "Narodni", surrounded by both many historical sights and the hub of Prague's business and social life.
All our uniquely decorated rooms containing pieces of original antique furniture are air-conditioned, equipped with private bathroom, IDD telephone, pay TV, satellite, PC connection, safety deposit box and a minibar. Room service is also available.
People travelling for business purpose will appreciate a large writing desk in many of the rooms. Elegant engraved pictures of the old city of Prague decorate the walls. Deluxe rooms are rooms with original hand painted ceilings and if you want to book this room there is a surcharge 20 eur/night.
We offer also one lovely suite, offering a lot of space and comfort, which has got a 17th century ceiling painted in Renaissance style. The suite is protected by the Town hall as a remarkable historical monument.
The hotel cozy atmosphere is aptly augmented by a stylish grill club "Ultramarin" on the ground floor offering the best of Spanish, French and Argentinian cuisines and by a cocktail bar with jazz and Latino music in the subterranean vaults. An open atrium houses a day-bar with a small garden, ideal for pleasant relaxation. Rich buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 till 10:00.
We have also recently opened our wellness centre with massage room, whirlpool and finish sauna. It is opened on booking for private use. The cost is 30 EUR per 2 hours for 1-2 persons.
Apart from the grill club and bar, the hotel offers a beauty parlour and a hairdresser's saloon. The hotel has its own garage parking on the premises. The hotel is covered by Wi-Fi signal for Internet connection. We provide also laundry and taxi services, telefax and photocopy service, e-mail delivery for hotel guests, flight confirmations and reserve tickets for various cultural events.
