Кофе и чайThe residence offers luxurious accommodation in 5 suites, each up to four people and 2 double rooms. Each suite consists of at least two rooms (usually a bedroom, living room with Sat TV and safety deposit box) and bathroom with hairdryer. Four of them (Deluxe suites) have fully equipped kitchens (fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster and fast-boiling kettle). Suites without a kitchen are fitted with a fridge, toaster and fast-boiling kettle. All rooms are covered by Wi-Fi internet connection.
The reception is open daily to our guests from 7:00 to 23:00 and provide full service (i.e. taxi service, flight confirmations, room service, city tours, option to use internet and fax at the reception desk, tickets for cultural events and many others, option to borrow iron, ironing board, umbrella etc.) Downstairs in the Residence is situated a Wine bar called "Alla Stella Nera". The Wine bar evokes the building's rich history, which was once a centre of wine culture. The guests can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the wine bar, excellent gastronomy and cultural events. It offers a wide selection of Italian and French wines, selected wines from the New World, quality Czech wines, Italian and French cheeses and many other culinary offerings. The Wine bar At the Black Star organises various cultural events such as wine tasting accompanied by music, photo exhibitions, concerts with music both ancient and modern and jazz improvisations.

The building of the Residence is proclaimed within the Prague cultural preservation which, from 1993, is listed on the UNESCO world heritage list. The first reference of the building dates back to the period around 1400. Originally gothic, the building was divided into two parts in 1538. The left part underwent a broad renaissance reconstruction. In 1622 the parts were again integrated, at this time in the late renaissance style. The interiors then passed through some minor changes in the classicism style. The basement and cellars of the Residence are almost completely covered by different types of wagon vaults in the ceiling. Lastly, the attic suite/floor has been built beneath a beautiful gable feature of the Residence.

Prices are for double occupancy. Other persons have to pay 15 €/person for another bed.

For every "interesting" reservation (more nights, more rooms) we wil do an individual offer. We reply in average in 30 minutes.
Prices include all taxes and Wi-Fi internet, but don't include breakfast.
You can get breakfast in Hotel Clementin (neighbouring house) for 4 € per person.
Baby cot for children up to 2 years ... free of charge.
Pets are allowed free of charge.
Minimal lenght of stay is 2 nights all the year, 3 nights during Easter and 4 nights during New Year's Eve.
