CucinaIt is situated on the beginning of the street Uvoz - it is the continuation of the street Nerudova - a part of the King's Route from the Castle through all the historical centre of Prague. The location is Mala Strana (Lesser Town), 1200 metres / 17 minutes on foot from the Charles Bridge.
In the reconstructed rooms on the second floor, the present operator has built two suites furnished with period furniture and thus offering romantic accommodation, yet providing every modern-day comfort. Both suites feature their own sanitary facilities, TV with satellite reception, minibar, radio/CD system, safe and direct dial telephone.
In the attic of this ancient house you will find two newly reconstructed studio's, each for two or three persons and each with its own kitchen and private facilities. From the roof terrace of these studio's you will be able to enjoy gorgeous view of the old Prague, Petrin gardens and Strahov Monastery.
Our offer will be particularly appreciated by those who seek privacy, tranquility and romantic setting. And in May while drinking champagne on the terrace you will be able to listen to nightgales singing in the sweetly smelling gardens of Petrin.
About the owner: Nadja Rawa, the owner of this house, is an artist creating paintings, frescoes, drawings, graphics, book illustrations, and objects especially large hand painted dressing screens
(in Czech paravan, hence the name of the atelier Pa*Rawa*n).
Nadja Rawa is also a head of “The Sun and Moon” Foundation Fund, which operates at the same address. “The Sun and Moon” Foundation Fund was founded to support non-commercial cultural activities, for example it organizes exhibitions of young professional artists.
