We returned yesterday from our mission trip. I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our pre-trip and Christmas vacation in your apartment. It surpassed our expectations and met all our needs. Your staff could not have been more helpful and enjoyable. They were delightful and had an understanding of us crazy Americans. Our train schedule had changed without us knowing, but we were able to call from the train to alert the car service you helped us with. He was there waiting for us AND when we assumed we would be leaving from the same station we arrived at, he helped us get to the correct station. Both were very nice young men. So many times, people do not take the time to say thank you...THANK YOU! Our trip to Prague was such a restful time, we are thinking about bring our next team through Prague. The train back to Frankfurt was a beautiful experience. We anticipate 24 people to travel with us on our summer mission trip. We will contact you if Prague is our pre-trip. Again, Thank You...

Just a quick line to thank you for our stay in Prague - the apartment was superb and met all expectations - pick up from and to the airport was on time the drivers in both cases were extremely pleasant I should be obliged if you will pass on our thanks. I would certainly recommend your web-site to any colleagues or friends who would like to stay in your city. Just one small point the apartment seemed to lack a kettle and a saucepan was required for heating water etc. Once again many thanks for your assistance in making our stay so enjoyable - hope to use your services again in the not to distant future.

Just returned from a wonderful weekend break in Prague. I thought I would give you an update on our visit with regard to the accommodation. As you know we were arriving quite late and I was a bit apprehensive about getting into the apartment so late. However, we were met by a very pleasant receptionist who directed us to our apartment. We were happy with the accommodation except that the beds were not made up with bed linen. The security guard could not help us but did phone the receptionist who asked us to stay one night in apartment B203 until the bedding was sorted out the next day. it was a bit inconvenient but we did not let it annoy us and moved the next day into B202. The location and staff were ideal and I would certainly consider staying in in this location again. The apartment was perfect and although in a central location the traffic and noise from the street was not evident once inthe apartment. It was great to have a balcony overlooking the lovely, peaceful courtyard. The staff were extremely helpful and polite especially the girl who checked us out of the hotel yesterday (3rd May). We found Prague people to be very polite and helpful throughout the city. My only criticism of the accommodation is the behaviour of other residents and not being able to do anything about it. A phone link to security would be an advantage (although language barrier may be a problem). We had to put up with drunk men who shouted and created a great deal of noise throughout the night. One night in particular one man could not wake up his friends and he kicked the door of the apartment for some time and shouted abuse at the top of his voice. We could not alert anyone and found it very frightening. Telephone link would have been useful or perhaps not allowing a group of men to book these apartments. The security guard would not have heard the noise. Our security lock which would have given us added reassurance did not work. On saying this we were probably unlucky to be staying in the same building as such disruptive people and although it was a bit unpleasant, it did not spoil our holiday. The apartment. location and staff were excellent, it was other tourists who caused us dismay.

As requested and promised our feedback on teh hotel we used were as follows: We found the hotel staff to be friendly and efficient (even though there was a language barrier - which was to be expected). Our boiler broke down on day 4 so we had cold water and no heating in the evening. We reported this to them in the morning and they promptly fixed it. The apartment was clean and fully functional. I asked all members of my group to provide me with anything they thought would be useful and the only thing they came up with is that the apartment could perhaps provide another mirror. All in all we were very happy with the apartment and I would definitely recommend people to use your services. Many thanks.

We are very satisfied with your prompt and correct answers to our E-mails and wish to thank you for that. Concerning the appartment itself, we basicly found it very comfortable, generally in good condition and conveniantly situated Following negative points however: 1) Upon arrival the elevator did not work and it took 3 days to repare.We would never have selected an appartment on 3-rd floor without elevator !! 2) The hot water system, although of a good brand, did not work properly and needed every morning to be put manually in operation. 3) Also upon arrival, a towels rack in the bathroom was in bad shape.It only needed a screw to be tightened, which fortunedly I could do myself. 4) The first night we could not sleep at all, because of shouting people in the courtyard or perhaps in the passage to the square. It was really terrible and we complainted the following morning, but the manager said: oh yes, maybe some young Swedes or so. All the nights we kept our windows closed. 5) Not enough utensils in the kitchen: dishtowels,cups,wineglasses etc. 6) Bed matrasses not comfortable. My recommendation is, that a maintenance person should be available for regular inspections and repairs and that the management should watch the noise during the night and take action when necessary. Apart from the above, we had a wonderfull stay in Prague.
