KücheThe residence is located in the Jalta shopping arcade, where you can find many shops (a biggest bookshop in the Czech republic is the nighbouring building), restaurants and cafés, a theatre, a fitness centre, wellness and a beauty salon.
There are 15 bright newly renovated 52sq.m. one bedroom air-conditioned apartments available in our Residence. Every of this apartments is ready to comfortable accommodate 2 - 4 persons in two separate rooms.
All our apartments are the result of luxurious and expensive reconstruction. They are furnished with beautiful Italian furniture, all took place in cooperation with a famous Italian design studio. The furnishing of the apartments combines practicality (a completely equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge and dish-washer, laundry service) with entertainment (Hi-speed internet, DVD home cinema system, LCD TV/satellite in both rooms).
Apartments are equipped with spacious marble bathrooms with both bathtub and shower corner. Elevator, free of charge baby-cot on request, laundry/dry cleaning service.
