I regret to write you my complete dissatisfaction from the above Hostel and the man in charge of it. We were received by the owner who proposed us a filty room at the third floor of the hostel which has not elevator! and no one can help us to carry our luggages!, and when my partner nicely asked him if he is origin Turkish or Kurdish, the man became red faced and very nervous, The owner accused us of Racism and he wanted to fetch the police!! I tried my best to calm him down, it was late at the evening. We paid him 81$ for the room that we did not use.not included breakfast that we shoul pay if we had remained there. I am very astonished that the young people are exploited by the owners like him. Thanks God we found another hotel nearby,(Hotel tchaikowsky at kiker lovuo street. This hotel was very clean, with very nice hostesses.,We had a wonderful breakfast at their specialy decorated breakfast room. Difference of the price was realy worted. And also we paid for the two of us 590 Czeck crown for the taxi to Mr Janicek who took us from the Airport.. In your letter you mentioned that the 590 Czeck Crown will be for 4 person. I think that it is fair that you return us the 81$ we paid.
