Just back this weekend from Prague and wanted to thank you and your colleagues at Interacta for taking care of our hotel and transfer bookings. Everything worked beautifully as it did back in August, so thank you very much. Interestingly, while the Iron Gate is a beautiful 5 star hotel, we actually slightly preferred the Grand Hotel Praha. The Iron Gate suites are lovely and large but we felt a bit isolated; there is not a lot of light in the rooms as they look out over the inner courtyard and we felt it was a bit quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the kitchenette was a super idea and well utilised by us and we did enjoy ourselves tremendously nevertheless. So thank you so much for your help in making this booking. Prague was just so beautiful and you do Christmas so well. It was magical. We can't wait to return next year. Thanks again to everyone involved in our booking.
