I would like to thankyou very much for all the accommodation and pick-up bookings you arranged for us on our recent travels to the Czech Republic, in June and July 2007.The accommodation in Cesky Krumlov - Pension St Hubertus was wonderful and the owner was very lovely to deal with. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well laid out, and the breakfasts were excellent.In Praha, the apartment at Truhlarska was very well located and spacious and our pick-ups from Mr Janecek were very good. The was quite a bit of building noise acroos the street from a building site, which went for 24/7, but once completed, will be a good addition to the area for people staying in the apartments. Residence Retesova was also good both times, although some fan or air-conditioning would have been nice during the very hot weather. Thanks you for all your organisation and I have been recommending you to other friends in Australia as well.

We would like to thank you all for a very plesent stay, again, always a pleasure to stay in Retezova, it is the best place to stay when in Prague. The apartments are wonderful, luxurios, large, convinient and very clean and comfortable, as said before, the best place to stay. The staff is always very helpful and smiling, early in the morgning and late at night, always yes and a smile, very good feeling to come home to after a long day out sightseeing or shopping, it make you feel welcome. So thanks again for a wonderful stay, we are so pleased and are planning our next trip to Prague soon again.

The apartment was first class in every respect as was the help of the receptionists. I had the misfortune to have my purse and credit card stolen on our first full day in Prague and the lady on reception was so helpful and got us contact with the British Embassy straight away. We will certainly return to these excellent apartments.

The accommodations at the Residence Retezova were wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised to see that everything was truly as we saw it on-line. The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff friendly and helpful, the location central. The only negatives: the lighting in the rooms was inadequate (e.g. the table lamps didn't work) and the lack of on-site parking. All-in-all we had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable that we extended our stay for another night. We would definitely stay there again and we would recommend the hotel as well as your services.

Many thanks for booking the Residence Retezova for our stay 2 - 5 December 2004. The London Apartment was all we had wished for and the christmas tree and ponsettia plant were thoughtful festive touches which added to the overall impression. In addition the Residence was in a great location - very central. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with lots of space. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly; and the cafe for breakfast was a great start to the day. However, there was a couple of small suggestions that my party of four ladies wished to make. First there were no mirrors in the bedrooms and secondly the twin bedroom had no bedside table or bedside lamp. My thanks also for recommending the taxi from the airport and also Rainbow Travel for the sightseeing Guide. We had a great visit to Prague and intend to recommend your services to friends and family.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE TRIP WAS GREAT. THE PICKUP FROM THE AIRPORT WORKED A TREAT, WE ALSO ARRANGED THE RETURN TRIP WITH THE SAME PEOPLE, AND THEY WERE THERE BANG ON TIME. THE RESIDENCE RETEZOVA WAS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF WERE EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY AND THE APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN. IF I WAS TO FIND ANY FAULT, IT WOULD BE THAT ON THE WEB SITE, ALTHOUGH IT SAID ONE TWIN BEDDED ROOM AND ONE DOUBLE ROOM, THE PICTURES OF THE ROOMS PARIS SHOWED TWO ROOMS WHICH LOOKED LIKE DOUBLES, (WHICH WE PRESUMED THAT THE TWIN BEDS HAD BEEN PUSHED TOGETHER TO MAKE ONE DOUBLE,) BUT IN REALITY THE PICTURE OF THE SECOND BEDROOM, WAS NOT RELATING TO THE PARIS APARTMENT AT ALL, AND ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS NICE, IT WAS TOO SMALL TO MOVE THE TWIN BEDS TOGETHER. HOWEVER, THIS DID NOT SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY IN PRAGUE, WE FOUND THE CITY TO BE VERY BEAUTIFUL AND INTERESTING, AND ABOVE ALL, THE SUN SHONE FOR THE DURATION OF OUR VISIT.

Now that we've returned to the States, we wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay with you. The hotel was MARVELOUS!!! We appreciated all the space in our accommodations, the cleanliness of all the rooms (especially bathrooms!), plus the location was simply tops. (We had thought about staying in a Relais & Chateau across the river, but are SO glad we chose Old Town and your hotel on chain street.) We can't tell you how much we enjoyed our visit. In particular, your staff need to be complimented for excellence. We thought everyone at the desk was terrific and incredibly accommodating of our requests (such as calling for a taxi). But we'd especially like to single out the young woman who tallied up our bill on the last night, including totaling each of the separate charges so we could easily divide them among ourselves. That was really nice . and above and beyond the call of duty. we'd also like to say thanks to the darling girls (to us, they looked so young!) who were kind enough to bring the hotel breakfast up to our room on the last day when we were so exhausted. They couldn't have been more charming. Finally, we thought Café Ebel was terrific -- the staff was so nice to us -- and serves (we think) the best cappuccino and croissants in town! In terms of improvements, we have very little to suggest. Perhaps include a waste basket in each of the bedrooms, as travelers tend to collect a lot of paper. And, when there are four women in one apartment suite, a second hair dryer would have been nice. But we are really stretching here to come up with things for you to improve! Please know that we LOVED Prague and hope to return soon. When we do, we will surely stay at the Retezova. Thanks again for all you did to make our stay so memorable.

We loved the Retezova, a beautifully done bedroom and up-to-date bath, spotlessly clean, quiet, very comfortable bed, a nice kitchen so we could have juice or coffee and snacks, and an excellent location. We also stayed at the inn at the Charles Bridge, which we also liked, but it was not as excellent as the Residence Retezova. Martin Janacek was waiting for us when we arrived in Prague and came a bit early for our return trip back to the Prague airport and home. We enjoyed our trip to Prague a great deal. It was nice for me especially to see the city and some of the countryside of my forefathers (I have some Bohemian heritage). My husband and I will definitely be back and we will happily contact your reservation services. Your web site is excellent, good detail, the photographs help a great deal in making choices, and your replies to requests are very quick. I have praised our trip so much that now my sister and her husband want to travel to Prague in about two years time. I will direct them to Inter-acta. Thanks again for helping us with the details of our delightful vacation. I so wish I were back in Prague right now.

Everything was just right from the transport to the Retezova through to the recommended restaurants at Charles Bridge and especially Nebozizek. Most importantly however, the Retezova was a wonderful place to stay. We found Residence Retezova a nice and centrally located place to be in. The rooms were clean, bright and airy. Nice decor too. Staff were also very courteous and helpful. Price was lightly on the steep side considering that no breadfast was provided. Some comments for further improvement: 1. Main door - getting in after 10 pm - the knob needs some adjustment as the finger tends to get caught which is extremely painful 2.Small radio clock should be provided in the bedroom. 3. A mirror should also be provided in the bedroom either behind the cupboard door or somewhere in the room. 4. A small electric kettle will be more convenient in the kitchen. 5. For the maid service, two sets of bath, hand and floor towels should be provided everyday (on two days - we only got one hand and floor towel only).
