after finishing our stay in Praha, I`ll give you a short feedback: In the ibis-hotel everything was allright. The personal was very friendly and also breakfast was o.k.. Thank you for the confirmation. I accept the conditions of my reservations. We would appreciate being in a room with a queen or kingsize bed and in a quiet area of the hotel. The last time I stayed there, there was a group who roamed the hallways all night and even the security guard could not quiet them. I realize that was an unusual occasion but we would definately like to be in a quiet area of the hotel. We are looking forward to our stay with you.

We just back from Prage. We had a great time. Hotel Ibis was good and they gave us a very big room because kids. That was great for us. Good location as well. Hotel taxi service was very good price as well. And thank you for your great service, I will recomend you all my friends ( I allready start to do anyway..)

Everything was fine, except in the hotel were a large number of Japanese tourists and for the last two nights of our stay we were kept awake by a large number of people in the room next door. On the last night I phoned the reception at 11.45pm, 12.15 am then finally went to the reception to complain about the noise, the reception apparently did not manage to get the noise reduced. We ended up very tired when we had to get up early to get our flight back. The hotel itself was fine and we had a loverly time in Prague.

We wish to thank you for making the accommodations for us during our stay in in Czech Republic, backin December of 2000. The service and accommodations were excellent. Our stay in your fine Country was greatly enjoyed, plus the Ibis Hotel was very comfortable and secure to us. The Staff was very warm and helpful to us at all times, the rooms were comfortable and restful, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. In addition, the transportation provided by Mr. Martin Janecek was of extreme quality. He was a careful driver, prompt, courteous and very helpful, plus his vehicle was in very good condition and clean. This was a wonderful trip for us and we thank you for all the arrangements. Our personal regards to one and all. We will not hesitate to recommend you to all and look forward to a return trip in the future.

We have just returned from Prague and would like to say what a good time we had, the hotel Ibis was excellent the overall service was first class and the staff were extremely helpful particularly Natalie the receptionist. One more time I enjoyed staying in Prague in Ibis Hotel. Thank you very much for reservation of the room. My next visit I hope to stay in the same hotel. As a feedback on Hotel services, I could recommend: - to place shoes & clothes brushes in the rooms for client's convenience and - add some hot meals to breakfast menu (e.g. omelet, sausages etc.,as it was in Ibis in April'99) All the rest is quite good. And Prague is as beautiful as always.
