We are now back in Melbourne, and I'm writing to let you know that all the arrangements you made for us worked extremely well. We had lovely rooms, as requested, in the Charles Hotel, and the drive from Prague to Cesky Krumlow was excellent. The driver, Martin, was very punctual, a good driver, friendly and knowledgeable, and the car was comfortable. Overall, we had a really wonderful time in the Czech Republic. Thanks again for your service, which I would recommend to anyone else.

Just to let you know we had a fantastic weekend in Prague and the hotel was superb. Thank you for organizing the taxi for us, the driver was very punctual and professional. We shall certainly recommend you, the hotel and the booking of the taxi to any of our friends. Thank you once again for all you did. We may very well be back soon !!

Je vous confirme que notre séjour s'est trčs bien déroulé. Nous avions une grande suite pour 4, comme convenu, a l'hôtel Charles. Par contre, le petit-déjeuner est un peu léger et pas en rapport avec le standing de l'hôtel. Le service de transfert (Mr Janecek) était également parfait. Le taxi nous attendait a l'aéroport malgré le retard (1 h) de notre avion. Nous avons utilisé le męme service pour le retour a l'aéroport et n'avons rencontré aucun probleme. Merci pour votre service. C'était parfait.

We stayed for four days at Hotel Charles - what a lovely hotel! Especially the staff was great - The gentleman at the breakfast and the lady working at reception on sunday 27th April...wow what attitude and customer service! Only minus was the noice coming from the street, but That's not hotels fault :) Anyway - THANK YOU!

We stayed at the Hotel Charles which was lovely. The service was faultless and the breakfast very nice. We also cannot fault the pick-up service to and from the airport. Both drivers were on time and the one who took us from the airport to our hotel was particularly friendly and chatty. All and all one of the best city breaks we have had. Many thanks for your help in arranging this for us. I cannot fault anything!! The weather was wonderful too. Do you have control over this as well? Next time we hope to come in the winter and hopefully see Prague in the snow!! Many thanks

We have returned from your glorious city and had a fantastic experience! Even the weather cooperated to the extent that we were pleased to have the air-conditioned rooms at the Charles Hotel. The hotel is wonderfully situated and the staff very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, only one of the attic-level air-conditioned rooms was available for check-in. The Howie's took it and we took another room for one night. The manager told me that they cannot guarantee that a particular room will be available on a certain date and they tell booking agencies that is always the case. We were in an air-conditioned room the remaining four nights and were very pleased with the room. It is spacious with a nice bath and cool! I was not particularly pleased with the room we stayed in the first night. The Howie's were very pleased with their room, also. If we were to return to the Charles, I would insist on the attic-floor rooms. The breakfasts were satisfactory but there is no variety from day to day, but I suspect that is customary at most hotels. Mr. Janecek's taxi service was superb! His service is friendly and dependable and we would recommend him. All in all, we had a memorable experience and loved Prague and its warm inhabitants. We very much hope to return one day and thank you for helping us to find The Charles and Mr. Janecek.

Our stay in the Hotel Charles was exceptional. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. All of our seven rooms were very nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. We also booked Mr. Janecek to meet us at the airport and again we were all extremely pleased. I have since recommended the Hotel Charles and Mr. Janecek to friends, who I believe will be visiting Prague in the not too distant future. We enjoyed seeing Prague,it was a most interesting city with many beautiful buildings.The weather was cold! Hotel Charles good,excellent reception,but the beds were a little uncomfortable due to the ruckling of the rubber undersheet and the top sheet was too small.Did not like the breakfast place although the food offered was very good.Taxi service on time and driver very good coming from airport,but on return journey that driver took two telephone calls,taking up his time.This practice is,fortunately,banned in Britain.No seatbelt for the middle passenger at the rear!
