I am now back home in Montreal. In one of your e-mails you requested that I let you know if everything was satisfactory and what suggestions I could make for improvement on your accommodations. We were met by a lovely, young girl who was most anxious to please. The toilet clogged up right away and she fixed it immediately herself. The main problem was that I was not given the room as stated in my confirmed reservation of Feb 22nd. I requested room #1 after looking at all the pictures, because I wanted 2 beds for my daughter and myself and that room was perfect. Upon arrival we were told our room was changed because a larger family took the bigger room. We had a room with one double bed. The couch was then made up for my daughter when my disappointment was noted, but, as she has a back problem, it was not too comfortable. I can understand your wanting to rent out both rooms, but I think I should have been informed (by e-mail) that we would not get what we reserved and at that time given the chance to accept the newly assigned accommodation or look for something else. We were left with no choice but to take turns on the couch. A suggestion for the room would be to include a much larger waste basket. With a fridge available, people would be making breakfasts or lunches and having a lot of wrappers, bags, etc to throw away. The tiny basket is far less than adequate for a lengthy stay. Aside from all this, we loved your beautiful city and hope to return one day.

I just want to give a feedback of our stay in Kos Accomodation in Celakovsheho Sady 8. The Location is very convenient for us as it's very close to Muzeum Metro (You should emphasize this in your site). The furnitures are fine, kitchen utensils are good. The owner was nice though they don't live nearby. The taxi were excellent, the driver even gave us a quick tour in the city. Nice job, and We'll definitely contact you again for our next visit to prague. thanks,

Great trip with accommodation exactly as discribed in an excellent position for the centre. Only one comment - It might be worth listing if the rooms are non smoking only -I was lucky the room had a balcony but it was minus 12 degrees! Regards

Our party of 3 recently stayed at Pension Celakovskeho sady in Room #1 and were very happy with the accommodations. Nice big, bright and airy room that was perfect for our stay of 3 nights, although it is a little noisy during the day with a main thoroughfare just below the building.

We have returned to Chile after fantastic holidays in Europe, travelling through Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Venecia, Viena, Praga, Dresden, Koln and Paris. It was our 4th tour in Europe, but is the first time we went to Praga. Praga has been one of the most beautiful and charming cities we have ever visited, and we were very satisfied with the hotel services in B&B CELAKOVSKEHO SADY 8. It has a very good location near metro station Muzeum. The room was very nice, wide and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the National Muzeum and the city. Mrs. INNA KOSOVA is an extraordinarily kind an lovely person, she gave us a personal dedication. We surely enjoy a very pleasant stay, and now we are dreaming about flying again to Praga in the future. In what respect to suggestions concerning the improvement of your service, it would be practical if you can provide payment by credit card.

We visited Prague in May, 2003 and we stayed at the Pension Celakovskeho Sady / Kos Accommodation. We arrived May 15 and we left on May 22, 2003. We are very sorry that we took so long to write, but we just wanted to inform you that the Pension we stayed at was great. Very roomy, clean, organised and with a magnificent view. Mrs. Kos was a wonderful lady, eager to help in any way she could. We highly recommend not only this hotel but the city as well. We had a fabulous time and we would love to go back someday. Thanks for your good accommodation. I'm very satisfied with my stay at B&B CELAKOVSKEHO SADY. Because *** Mrs.Kosova, the owner, was very kind to us. The room had an air of home (The furniture is antique.) and the kitchen and bath room were very clean. The hotel was favorably located and safe. The price was good value for our money. Therefore I'd like to stay at B&B CELAKOVSKEHO SADY when I come back to Praha next time!

The accommodation was lovely but we were a bit dissapointed to find that it was non smoking we feel that this could have been mentioned in the accommodation description. However, this was only a small hitch and if we decide to return to Prague in the future we would have no hesitation in using your accomodation again and we have allready reccomended it to our friends.

We have returned home after our wonderful trip to Czech Republic. The accommodation in Prague which you arranged for us (see below) was fine and convenient, however we were disappointed that they did not provide breakfast as we expected. Please change the name on your website to drop the B & B in the name--only one B! We also had a very good experience with Mr. Janacek, who was waiting for us at the airport and drove us in to town. He was very nice and helpful and speaks English quite well.

We will with this give our feedback, as you asked for, regarding our stay in CZ. We are glad to tell you that everything was to our full satisfaction. We found the KOS Accommodation, laying right in senter of Prague, very satisfaction in the way that almost everything was within walking distance. Like also to thank Inna Kosova that was so kind and took care of some of our luggage while we travel to Karlovy Vary and Krumlov. Hotel Eboli was nice and our stay in Karlovy Vary something to remember. Hotel Straninger the same, an old nice building runned by a lovely womann. Travelling from Prague to K.V and Krumlov was done by buss and train and planed back home with info. picked up on internet. We where very glad to learn that all was according given data. We met only nice people.

Per your request, I wanted to write to let you know about our accommodation while we were in Prague. Pension Celakovskeho Sady was wonderful and it met our expectations and more. We liked the spacious and clean room, along with the t.v. and kitchenette. The owner, Inna Kosova, was very personable and extended every courtesy. We also found the location ideal as we arrived by train -- just a short walk to the station and an enjoyable lengthier walk or convenient metro ride to all of the sites of the city. We had a wonderful stay in Prague with the exception of the chilly and damp early spring weather! But even that didn't stop us from getting around and enjoying ourselves! Thanks again. I have referred a few people to your site and to Pension Celakovskeho Sady already.
