When confirming my accomodation in November you asked me if I would take the time and get back to you once I returned from my holiday to give you feed back on the hotel. My parents and I stayed at the Hotel City from the 5th Dec till the 9th Dec. We cannot complain about the hotel and the service provided though I must complain about the price quoted. You quoted a price of 6330 CZK for the duration of the stay. On the 21st Nov. I sent a fax reconfirming the price and you once again quoted the same price. Though when we checked out from the hotel we were charged more and told that you made a mistake in the price. We had to pay 8440 CZK. It is a good thing I was paying by card as if I had left the exact amount to be paid I would have been in trouble without the extra cash. Would you please double check your prices please before giving quotations and confirmation to prices. Not withstanding this slight mishap we had a wonderful time in Prague and will most definitely return to this spetacular city.

I can say only good words about Hotel City - reasonable prices, good location and very attentive personnel. It was also good that I had my own keys and I could return to the hotel at any time without problems (late night after a disco, for example).
