CocinaWenceslas square, The Old Town square or the Jewish district of Josefov are not further than a five minute walk. The same counts for all main theatre houses as well as numerous galleries. The Prague Castle and other sights can be easily reached by tram or by subway.
Old winding staircase cleverly enlighted by daylight through glassed-in roof will take you to the first floor. The first door on the right will open into a tiny hallway and then one more door leads you to the kitchen with a spacy dining area
Then you'll proceed to the main bedroom furnished with stylish renovated antique furniture which match the architectural period of the building. Windows of this room look into a wide backyard with lots of trees, so quiet that you may not realize that you stay right in the heart of the city. There are two large beds in the bedroom and yet there is enough space for a round table with two comfortable armchairs where you can rest for hours after your sight-seeing. There is also a TV with satellite reception, CD player and a bookcase with English and German literature about Prague.
There is a wooden loft in the kitchen which, if necessary, would sleep another one or two persons. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave owen, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen sink and other cooking equipment. Being in the center means that you'll be able to choose from a number of restaurants and café's in the neighborhood. The St.Voytech Café offers good breakfast right around the corner, the famous brewery U Fleku offers its unique beer brand as well as Czech cuisine in the brewery restaurant ever since it has been established in 1492, or you can choose French, Italian or American cuisine, all without having to walk for more than 3 minutes.
Secure parking is possible in the Vaclavske garages in the street Vaclavska 18 (650 metres from the apartment, from Charles Square take street Resslova in direction to the river and turn left to the first street - its Vaclavska), it cost 400 CZK per day.
