Internet in ZimmerHotel Carol is located in a quiet part of Prague, outside the busy centre but close to the Ceskomoravská subway station, which in just 10 minutes will comfortably bring you to the center of town. Or to get to the center you can use the tram, whose station is about 80 meters away from the hotel. Drivers can follow the Sokolovská street route directly into the centre of town.
We offer alltogether 58 comfortable single, double and triple rooms and 3 family-apartments (2 rooms with a common bathroom) in two connected buildings. All rooms are equipped with a shower or a bath, toilet, telephone, satellite television (30 canals) and a safe-deposit box. From 49 Standard rooms 36 are in the older building and 13 in the new building.
We offer also 9 very spacious Deluxe rooms which are equipped also with minibar and have more sitting comfort and 4 romantic penthouses with small roof gardens.
The house has electric heating and hot and cold water. Bathroom and toilet also on the ground floor. On the above picture you can see the bathroom's window with an etching of serpent designed by the owner.
in the morning an extensive breakfast in the form of a buffet is being served. For dinner and lunch there is a wide choice of international and Chech dishes.
the cosy hotel bar is during the whole day opened. You can order an excellent cup of coffee or cappuccino or make your choice out of our extended range of juices. Of course we serve also the famous czech beers and other alcoholic beverages.
from early spring till late autumn you can enjoy a peaceful rest on our sheltered terrace.
Directions by car to the hotel:
From Nurnberg / Plzen: Follow the signs to the centre. Directly after crossing the river turn to the left. Driving along the river you will eventually reach the Sokolovska street which will bring you to the hotel.
From Dresden / Berlin: Leave the highway at Troja. Turn left under the viaduct. Driving along the river you will reach the hotel.
From Brno: Do not leave the highway driving through the centre. Take the last turn to the right before the river. Driving in eastern direction you will reach the Sokolovska street which will bring You directly to the hotel.
Parking: secure parking in the hotels courtyard cost 250 CZK per day.
