I recently returned from my trip to Prague and other parts of Europe and would like to say how much I enjoyed my stay at the Golden Horse House. This was my second visit to Prague and my second stay at the Golden Horse House. I chose to stay at the Golden Horse on this visit because I so much enjoyed my first stay there two years ago. It is situated on a beautiful old street just below the castle and only five minutes from the Charles Bridge. This area is much quieter in the evenings than the old town - which I prefer - and yet I felt perfectly safe returning late in the evenings from the many concerts I attended on this visit to Prague (your wonderful Prague Spring Festival!!!) My room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view out of the window up towards the Strakhov Monastery. Having a fridge and a small stove in my room was ideal for the evenings when I did not want to eat at a restaurant. The Golden Horse House is run by a family who are warm, friendly and always very helpful. My son came from England to stay for four days and it was no trouble to have an extra bed set up in my room for him. And most importantly, the room price is very reasonable. In other words - I cannot recommend the Golden Horse House too highly! If I am ever fortunate enough to visit Prague again, I will be making a reservation at the Golden Horse House.

You asked for feedback in one of your other emails regarding my stay at the Golden Horse. I was very happy with the room, the breakfast and the service and have left a positive review on Tripadvisor. My only problem was when I checked in, I was told someone was going to come within 20 minutes whom I was supposed to pay, but this person didn't come. The next day I was told you were expecting me a day earlier, which was wrong. So the communication was a bit of a problem. The room was great. It was perfect for me. Thanks,
