we return from our trip from Praha and we are very enjoyed of that. Hotel was very friendly, room comfortable, very convenient location. People working in service was very kind. If I could, a few suggestion, to improvement your service: - breakfest with more dishes, vegetables, better eggs. - more channels in TV, specialy in Polish language (was only 4 channels, only in Czech language), and ...last but not least... everywhere in Praha's important tourist places there are no guides (people and brochure, records for tourists) in Polish. We in all these places heard from tourists our language very often, more like Russian, German, etc. We saw many Polish tourist groups. It was very strange. We'll strongly recomend hotel Aureus Clavis and visit Praha to our friend.

This is to thank Interacta for your outstanding service. I stayed with my wife at Aureus Clavis from 27.05 till 30.05, upon your recommendation. A very nice hotel (in an obviously fantastic neighborhood) at a reasonable price, with very professional and smiling service (we'd only prefer to be provided with new small bags of shampoo rather than with new towels each day - the latter being nice, but the former necessary). Looking forward to getting back to wonderful Prague (and using your service).

I shall recommend the Aureus Clavis hotel to my friends. It is a very good location. The hotel is quiet at night. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Their language standards are excellent.

I just return two days ago from Prague. Everything was great! I must thank you for excellent choice about hotel. Aureus Clavis was great, just like I want (close to the Castle and Karluv Most). The people at the hotel was very helpfull, the room was large and clean. The breakfast was good (not many choices, but big quantity and quality). The only problem was with TV (too few TV post on it). Overall 9 points from 10 for hotel
