L'appartement était merveilleusement situé, la propriétaire nous a fait aussi confiance et je souhaite la remercier par votre intermédiaire, j'espere que l'on ne l'a pas déçue. La seule petite remarque de notre part, concerne le lit de la chambre du milieu qui n'avait pas d'epaisseur de matelas. Je vous remercie également pour le service de transfert aéroport. we would like to express our satisfaction with both your service and with the Appartment Vlasska 15. The transfer from and to the airport was excellent. We arrived earlier to the airport than expected, but thanks to your information we were able to contact Mr. Janecek by phone, which saved us waiting 2 hours. With regard to the appartment, it was absolutely perfect, it was like staying in a private home. The welcome by Mrs. Velkova was also highly appreciated, including some really useful information. If any complaint should be mentioned, it would be about a rather hard bed in one of the rooms. We shall certainly recommend your service and the appartment to friends who might be planning a visit to Praha!

We enjoyed some wonderful sunny days in Prague and thank you for your assistance in booking accomodation.Unfortunately our train arrived some forty minutes late at Prague main station and there was no one waiting to take us to Vlaska 15 as arranged by you.Although we had the Owner´s number from your email she was not there to take our call and we had to make our own arrangements. We arrived shortly after 2pm and were shown the apartment by the Owner but unfortunately she refused to accept our Euro currency in advance payment and insisted we change the Euros into local currency to pay her. This proved very difficult and time consuming with some banks already closed and, because of the pressure exerted by her, this led us into becoming victims or a currency confidence trickster in the nearby square.Although the apartment suited our requirements as to location, we found it inadequate in respect of the hot water system which did not allow us to have a proper shower. Also the beds were unnaturally hard and uncomfortable. While you were away, we were able to arrange, with some difficulty and lacking the cooperation we experienced from dealing with you, our taxi connection through Janecek to the railway station. I really wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our place in Prague, Vlasska 1. The location was fabulous. Thank you for arranging the taxis. That also worked out very well. My only complaint would be that our apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. I know it is a very American thing not to like smoking but you should probably let people know about it, just in case someone has an allergy to cigarette smoke. We opened the windows and it helped but it is really an bad smell for anyone who does not smoke. Thank you again for all your responses to me, and I would recommend you to anyone going to Prague.

I would like to give a feedback from the apartament as you suggest on the end of this e-mail. Thank you very much for all the arregements the apartament was very nice, good location etc. The owner was waiting for us and give all the details. All of us were very pleased with it! Just a small remark is regarding the smoke (cigarrets) smell on the apartament. Here in Finland nobody smoke inside the house and in this apartament the owner smoke in, so it was a bit strange for us the smell of cigarrets..... Thank you very much and next time I am in Prague defenetely I will use your services for rent a apartment!
