My husband and I have just returned from a very enjoyable holiday in Praha. The U Suteru hotel was very comforable and the breakfast very good. Just wanted to e-mail you as to how much my friend and and I enjoyed our 9 day stay at the Hotel U Sutera that we booked through you. The staff were great and the room and beds were very comfortable. We did not mind the climb to our room on the third floor. It was a good work out! The place has lots of atmosphere and we esprcially enjoyed our breakfasts and were happy that they started at 7am. Also we found that it was a great location. Another plus was the very reasonble and friendly restaraunt around the corner on the street where the trams were. It was called Coffee and Cigars. The food was good and they also had the best apple srudel. We stayed March 24th through April 2nd. We loved your city of Prague.

I just thought I would email you to say that the hotel was excellent. It was located very close to the centre and in between 2 metro stops so very easy to access all parts of Prague. The hotel was clean and the customer service skills of the staff were of a very good standard. The trip was really good, the culture was very interesting and the Czech people were all very friendly. I would love to go back again one day. Thank you for all of your help and I will definitely use your services again for any future trips.

Hotel byl prijemny, bohuzel byly postele VELMI tvrde a jelikoz jsme objednaly de lux pokoj tak jsme cekaly malicko vyssi komfort, snidane byla uspokojiva, jen nebyla moznost nam poskytnout belepkove pecivo, ale vzheldem k tomu, ze jsem neohlasila tuto informaci predem tak chapu, ze se to nestihlo ( ke vsemu byl vikend). Celkovy dojem je ovsem dobry.

We had a very enjoyable few days and we found Prague a beautiful city. The hotel u Suteru is fairly well situated to reach the centre of the city, and the main places of interest are within reasonable walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very polite and helpful, in particular those on reception. On talking to George, when we asked him to book an evening dinner cruise on the river Vltava for us, we happened to mention that it was our 42nd Wedding Anniversary that day, one of the reasons for our visit, and on returning to the hotel some time later we found a bottle of champagne and a card of congratulatiions in our room from the hotel u Suteru team. This was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise and very much appreciated. It made our stay extra special. The buffet breakfast was very well presented and the variety and choice much more than we expected. The only other comments or suggestions we would like to make are as follows:- We appreciate that due to the nature of these old and very fine buildings it is not possible to have a fire escape. However we feel that the fire precautions should be more visible to guests. Although there were fire extinguishers on each floor they were usually hidden, e.g. behind a long notice board which held a wide variety of information leaflets. Perhaps a small notice in each room advising guests where the fire extinguishers etc. were located. The weather might have been exceptionally hot during our stay, but a small fan in the bedroom would have been most welcome. Although we know that a change over time is needed to enable the rooms to be cleaned in preparation for the next guests, it would have been useful to us if we had been advised that our room would not be available until 2p.m. as we had an early arrival flight. We were able though to leave our cases in a locked room on both arrival and departure days. We were very satisfied with the pick up taxi service from the airport which you arranged for us with Mr. Janecek. He was very punctual and efficient and we arranged the return transfer with him as well. This again was very efficient.

I would like to thank you for providing a nice accomodation for my stay in Prague, the U Suteru hotel is very well located, at walking distance from many sites and next to metro stations for all lines. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpfull and the hotel was very clean and quiet. (with a good heating system, which is appreciated those days) I maybe missed the information on your web site, but I don't think it mentioned that the hotel was fully non smoking. The single room 32 is small but comfortable and nicely and simply decorated, but the bathroom had no shower cabin or curtain, it was therefore impossible to use the bathroom after having taken a shower. The Interacta web site provides very good information and offers fair deals for many hotels, I had some problems to reach people by written (my first request sent on the web site got lost), but after contacting your services by phone, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, Thank you for making my stay in Prague so pleasant,

It might be a good thing if you would inform your guests about the long and very narrow stairs to the 4th floor of the hotel. I knew it before hand because I read it in my guide book, but not everybody knows it.

Our stay in Prague was very nice. Pick up from the airport was great very efficient, same with the return journey. Drivers were very helpful. The accommodation was also excellent. Staff on reception were also most helpful. The restaurant was excellent, we were pleased with the food, service and value for money. The only one slight thing, was that our room was not cleaned on the first day (rooms are done every day in the uk) I would happily recommend you service, we had a very enjoyable trip, and do hope to go again at sometime in the future.

My party and I have just returned from the weekend in Prague the accomodation for which we booked on the Net with your companies help. The Hotel that you suggested for us the U Suteru was delightful. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Hotel itself was in an excellent location. On one evening we ate in the Restaurant of the Hotel and had a very good meal which was very reasonable in price. We felt that the staff could not have been more helpful. In addition we booked oue transfers with you which helped enormously in reducing any stress factor, as the pick-up and return were on time and avoided any need for queing or worying about transport. In short we had a superb break. The people of Prague were superb Hosts and the City itself has lost none of its charm since my last visit 12 years ago. Thank you for all your help in making this a memorable break.

We had a very pleasent stay in Prague. The pick-up service was excelent for us. Both way to the airport. Our hotel room was nice and clean (no 41). We had to climb a lot of stairs but that was not a problem for us. There was a problem standing up in the shower beacause og the low roof and the heat of the water was not stabil. Nice litle hotel. Very central! The breakfast was ok but not so good but our expectations was not so high because of the cheap roomprice. We eat our breakfast at a café. The service was ok. For us these things was not a problem. We liked the hotel very much and have no problem to reccomend this to others.

Just to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague, and we thought the hotel was lovely, although we were tired after walking up all those stairs! Just one thing to consider, we were in Room 41 in the attic, which was lovely, but I think that you need to have blinds on the 2 windows, as the sun shines in very early in the morning, and tends to wake you up very early. Also it means lack of privacy when getting changed in the daylight hours.

My husband and I were at the U Suteru from April 13th until 17th. From the moment we arrived at the airport everything ran smoothly. The hotel was wonderful and ideal for visiting all that Prague has to offer. If we had to say one thing that would have improved our stay, it would be that it would have been nice if the hotel room had tea/coffee making facilities. I would imagine that this is up to the management of each hotel.

I just wanted to say that we had a lovely stay in your hotel and a great time in Prague. U Suteru has a rustic, old fashioned feel with all the modern facilities needed at a very reasonable price. The only thing we found disappointing was not being able to sleep in a double bed as we are a couple. But apart from that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends.
