I just returned from Prague and Hotel Certovka. My visit was wonderful and my husband and I loved the hotel. The room was very large and clean with a beautiful view of Prague Castle. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety of food and even omelettes cooked to order. The location of the hotel was also ideal for exploring Mala Strana and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends in the future and your excellent service. Paying for 3 nights and getting one night free was also great!

Hello, we have now returned home to Ireland after staying at the Hotel Certovka, Prague for the period December 24th to 28th, 2007. We were met at the Airport by the taxi and driven directly to the Hotel. The fare was as stated. We checked into the Hotel, the clerk was friendly and helpful and got our room for us right away. The room was clean and comfortable and had a good feeling. Everything was there - bathrobes, mini-bar; information leaflets. The room overlooked the Charles Bridge. The room was warm on our arrival. The bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast at this Hotel is excellent - there is anything anyone would want; staff are friendly and the service is very fast. When we were leaving, we checked out - the rates were as advertised - no extra charges. Our bags were kept in a locked luggage room until time for our taxi to the Airport. He arrived in plenty of time and drove us directly there and the fare was as quoted. During our stay, Desk Staff were helpful - booked concert seats for us; changed euros, and gave us lots of information. We will probably stay there again, and will definitely tell others we know of our enjoyable visit. We are happy to give you this feedback......

I would like to thank you for the excellent online booking service you provided. Everything went very smoothly and according to plan. The minibus driver was a lovely guy and the hotel was very clean with excellent breakfasts
