Am 24. Juli habe ich die Gelegenheit gehabt, einmal im Hotel StHavel zu übernachten.
Ich war begeistert, eigentlich in jeder Hinsicht: besonders die sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, sowie ein fürstliches Ambiente (ich hatte das Turmzimmer. Romantisch und perfekt eingerichtet!) haben es mir angetan, und ich hätte mich sehr gerne noch mehr als eine Nacht dort aufgehalten.

Dne 14.12.2007 jsme byli ubytováni ve va?em hotelu a moc se nám u vás líbilo. Děkujeme za krásné ubytování, bylo to opravdu jako na zámku. Přeju vám hezké svátky a hodně hostů

The accomodation and service was very good. Only the airco didn't work properly.

Thank you, you reservation service has been very good. It could be better if we had been given a driving direction to the hotel. Firstly because it is a new hotel, not known even to the locals or taxi driver. Secondly because this hotel is located quite far from city, and hard to find (even in the opinion of the front desk staff). Thirdly because the road design and direction in Prague are bad. About the hotel itself. It is nice and clean for the hotel is new. So new that the restaurant was not in operation, but we were not informed in advance. Ending up we had to drive to the city for food but everything was closed when we reached there. The hotel is situated next to the railroad, therefore quite noisy in the quiet of the night. The window must be opened for the room is not air-conditioned. One night there is no hot water supply to our 2 rooms. Staff response was indifferent. can't help! No technician around! The day before departure, we asked the front desk lady for 2 taxis to the airport, but only one was booked. Luckily it was a wagon that arrived, just enough to carry 4 passengers and 5 luggages. Breakfast is barely satisfactory. Juices and coca-cola available at room temperature. Perhaps it will improve when the restaurant is opened.
