I am very satisfied with the accomodation of Hotel Amadeus. The hotel is in a very quiet environment and the comfort is very good. I have just one big remark: When I arrived home on saturday night, I found out that cigarettes which I had bought in the tax-free shop in Brussels, had disappeared from my suit case. There are two possibilities: 1) there were stolen in the hotel, while my luggage was in the luggage room. This room is locked, but any body can ask the key and go without control to the room. 2) there were stolen at the air-port after check-in by the staff in charge of luggage handling. According to me option 1 has the most probability. Note: my luggage was locked ! I did not forget the cigarettes because I found in my luggage the empty box in which they were contained.

Hotel Amadeus where I spent 5 days was nice, clean with home atmosphere and helpfuly personnel, precisley like in your www.offer. It was nice time and I will recommend my friends your Travel Agency in the future.

We have just returned from a week's stay at Amadeus Hotel. We would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful.. Our rooms were always cleaned every day and the service was excellent. keep it up!! The only thing was that there was some noises at night from other clients who mcame in late but that is accepted. You have a wonderful city and a wonderful country.... but try to teach your people to speak more languages especially English and try to control the gypsies who continuously rob the people in the street....we were lucky not to be robbed but we were on the alert. Well thank you once again for your service and we will recommend you to our friends!

We enjoyed our visit in Prague. Amadeus was okay. They are still doing construction work and it is a little frustrating but the room was okay and we have no real complaints. Thanks for the help.
