I would like to comment on our stay at the Hotel Ungelt. The central location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The apartment cost more than we had hoped to pay and was not as luxurious as we had expected but it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast, brought to our room was mostly good although we would have preferred a buffet style meal in a dining room. (The hot part of the breakfast would then have been better.) The kitchen was not very well equipped so we could not have prepared much food in it. When we first saw the room we were disappointed after seeing the photos on the web site but overall we enjoyed our stay. Hope this helps.

We enjoyed our stay in Prague a lot, it's a beautiful city! The stay in hotel Ungelt was fine, good service, nice and spacefull appartment. One thing however: on the internet site it is mentioned to be a four star hotel, while it is a three star hotel: we found this misleading!

Staying in your hotel was a real highlight of our visit to Prague. The luxury apartment was very charming, as well as spacious, and made it easy for us to relax after a hard day of sight-seeing. We look forward to returning to Prague one day and staying again at your hotel.

We enjoyed Prague very much and the hotel was satisfactory. However, we were under the impression that it was a four-star hotel - I think this is how it was classified in your hotel list. We were irritated that there was nobody to help us with our suitcases when we were leaving. Also, although there was a coffee shop bar on the premises, this was hardly ever open and we could not get a bottle of mineral water when we asked for it one evening. Otherwise, the location was excellent and the staff did their best to be helpful. Many thanks for your service, and we look forward to making a reservation with you again in the future.

Your service is very good and efficient - you always replied quickly to my requests and have been very helpful. Hotel Ungelt - we all thought that our hotel was the best in Prague. We had studied all the information about other hotels before we went and looked at some when we were there. Ungelt was in a perfect location and had the biggest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The rooms were excellent with plenty of space - also very clean. The lady on reception was very helpful and nice - she booked restaurants and theatre for us. Not all the apartments have kitchenettes. They no longer offer free massages - your information needs updating. The breakfasts were very good - a choice of 6 different.

The location of your hotel is ideal, and it was extremely easy to travel around and see the centre of the city. Hotel Ungelt was recommended to me by a friend and we were all pleased with the Hotel. The staff were very helpful, their English very good, and the design of the hotel very interesting - everyone likes to stay in a hotel with character, so you must maintain your individuality! However, breakfast was slow to arrive and although there was a problem in the kitchen no one at reception telephoned to tell us. The coffee was not as good as it should have been and also the menu was a little too Czech - perhaps you could have offered a French/Continental alternative? Also, there were no instructions about how to use the hot water in the bathroom. The cleaners need to put out new, clean towels every day. But these are only minor problems - again I would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay and thank you again.

The staff at the Ungelt were incredibly kind and helpful. The problem was that the hotel rooms were very old and are in desperate need of a major over-haul. The toilets were old-fashioned and we stayed only 1 night. The Intercontinental did not have much character but was clean and bright.
