Apartment Narodni

The apartment is located in the beautiful Art Nouveau Topic House, on the street Narodni, in the vicinity of the National Theatre, which is on the right picture - the location of the apartment is marked by an arrow (click to enlarge the picture).
The Old Town Square is 10 minutes on foot, the Charles Bridge is 8 minutes and the nearest subway station - Narodni, line B - is 4 minutes on foot. The history of the house dates back to the end of 19th century, in the years 1906-1907 the Topic House (named after the publisher and owner Frantisek Topic) and the neighbouring house of Insurance Company Praha were reconstructed in the Art Nouveau style by architect Osvald Polivka.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor accessible by an elevator. The house is watched by a security agency + 24 hours camera system.

Apartment I

The apartment consist of one bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small entry hall. The total surface is 35 m2. In the bedroom there is a double bed and it is possible to add an extra bed. The apartment is equipped with TV with satellite reception, direct-dial telephone, refrigerator, coffee machine. The apartment is cleaned 4 times in a week, laundry is possible (paid service).
Secure parking is possible in the underground garages of the National Theatre - price 840 CZK/ day or in underground garages on the Square J.Palacha (12 minutes on foot or 2 stops by tram) - price 480 CZK /day.
