Hotel-Residence Monastery Garden is located in the romantic courtyard of the Strahov Monastery (national historic landmark, founded in 1142), where nowadays is located the Museum of the Czech Literature. Strahov Monastery on the Prague's panorama Hotel offers unique and unforgettable view of the Prague Castle, Lesser Town and the Old Town embroidered by the Vltava river. All landmarks are easily accessible either on foot or by the public transportation – tram lines are close to the hotel. You can go easily on foot to the Prague's Castle (750 metres i.e. about 12 minutes) and then downhill through the Royal Route to Charles Bridge (1,5 km from hotel i.e. about 25 minutes) and take the tram no.22 back uphill (each 5-10 minutes, the ride takes 10 minutes - the schedule). In spring and summer guests can relax and enjoy refreshments on a hotel gazebo.

We offer 10 double rooms and 2 triple rooms on three stairs. In many rooms are folding couches which can be used as extra beds. On the ground floor there are two large rooms with vaulted ceiling, on first floor there are 5 rooms with separated living and bedroom area and on the second floor there are 5 duplex (two-storied) attic rooms. The rooms on the second floor has the best view. The rooms on the ground and first floor have bathtubs and duplex room have showers. All rooms are equipped with modern design furniture, have own facilities - shower or bath and WC, satellite TV, minibar, direct-dial telephone, room-safe, hair-dryer, PC internet connection, tea & coffee making facilities (coffee/tea daily supply free).
