The house is located in Prague 6 - Stresovice about 15 minutes by tram from Prague Castle in a beautiful nature spot, unusual in a big town, so close to the centre.

Café y téNearby there is a tram stop - you can reach the city centre by public transport in about 25 minutes. The airport is also not far from the house - approx. 15 minutes by car. The house has been recently renovated. The owner is a graphic artist and she equipped the house with antique furniture and a lot interesting antique objects.
On the first floor is a large penthouse room (35m2) with one double bed and a sofa bed. Armchairs, writing-desk, wardrobe, TV set and a hi-fi audio set.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, sink, fridge, dining table with 5 chairs and all needed cooking equipment.
The house has electric heating and hot and cold water. Bathroom and toilet also on the ground floor. On the above picture you can see the bathroom's window with an etching of serpent designed by the owner.
The doorway from the kitchen leads to the garden with pleasant sitting area. The border of the garden is formed by a massive sandstone rock. Parking possible in the street in front of the house (free of charge).
