Two apartments A11 and C11 are located in Vodickova Street, only 200 metres from the Wenceslas Square on the fourth floor of a 100-year-old Art Nouveau apartment building with an elevator. Both apartments overlook Vodickova Street with views of an historic building with beautiful frescoes serving as a girls' school. As well as the main building it is one of the most desirable locations right in the heart of Prague, pulsing with life. In the vicinity are dozens of bars, restaurants, cafeterias and shopping malls, as well as historical monuments and streets lined with beautiful Art Nouveau buildings with significant architecture. All the major tourist attractions are accessible by a pleasant stroll. Apartments A11 and C11 have undergone a luxurious and expensive reconstruction and are furnished with beautiful, modern Italian furniture. We truly took care over its selection. All took place in cooperation with a renowned Italian design studio.

It is a very spacious apartment - 110m2 - with a nice master bedroom / living room with large double four-poster bed, another two bedrooms (double room and twin beds), kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It is equipped with a cable TV with DVD, in the master bedroom there is a home cinema 5.1 system and a computer with high-speed Internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen with glassceramic hob and electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster.

The C11 apartment is located also in the building Vodickova 11, 4th floor with elevator. It is also a spacious apartment - 90m2 - with a master bedroom / living room, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It is equipped with 2 cable TVs with DVD in each bedroom, in the master bedroom there is a home cinema 5.1 system and a computer with high-speed Internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen with glassceramic hob and electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster.
