This small, new, cozy inn is located very close to the centre of the city in a quiet neighbourhood. It is located in a beautiful three-storey villa from 1920 and is operated by the owner, who has worked in the tourist industry for many years - the services offered are of a high professional level.
It is approximately 15 minutes by tram to the centre of the city, roughly 10 minutes by car. Trams no. 2,5,6 have a stop approximately 300 m away on Videnska street (the stop "Polni"). It is possible to walk to the Exhibition Centre across Cerveny kopec (Red Hill) - the route is about a comfortable 20-minute walk.
In the vicinity are ample dining possibilities accessible on foot. Nearby you will also find tennis courts, an athletic stadium, a squash court and a swimming pool.

There are three rooms available, furnished in various styles - Japanese, Rustic and Blue-and-White. Each room has private bathroom, there is satellite television with video in the rooms, and a small refrigerator is available.
A rich buffet breakfast is also offered with accommodation. Every morning, guests may enjoy morning relaxation over breakfast comprised of fresh food by candlelight.
Parking is available in front of the inn on a well-lit street.
