The hotel U Cerneho konicka - At The Black Horse is located close the historical centre of Prague. It is approx. 9 minutes on foot (600 metres) from the National Theatre, 12 minutes (800 metres) from the Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes from the Charles Bridge. There is also a tram stop nearby - it is two stops to Wenceslas Square.
Hotel is located in a historical building from 14th century. First historical known proprietor of this building was master John (Johanispraetextarii), first mention of the building is dating around the year 1386. At the present time architectural shape of the building is baroque after reconstruction in early 18th century. The complete reconstruction of the building was effectued in years 2002 - 2003, but there are well preserved period elements like 500 years old larch staircase.

We offer to our guests pleasant accommodation in 21 rooms with WC and shower, TV with satellite channels, phone with direct dialing and it is available to lend a fridge, hairdryer, iron and DVD player to the room.

On the ground floor you can find a restaurant offering a wide variety of meals of both Czech and international cuisine. Here is also served each morning a rich buffet breakfast for our guests, which is of course included in the price. A part of the restaurant is an atrium with glass roof which can be opened in the summer to enjoy the fresh air. For hotel guests we offer 10% discount from the bill.

Our pleasant staff take care of our guests at the Reception's desk and can offer other services like rent a car, city walks and tours around Prague. Secure parking in Vaclavske garages 5 minutes on foot from our hotel (400 CZK per day).
